Our aim is for you to be a customer happy with the product and service that we create. We put in a great effort to produce the best wallpaper we can, but in the unlikely event of a problem, if you are unsatisfied, please raise your concern.

Returns Procedure

If a product is faulty in any way, then you can return it within 21 days. Please call our Customer Services Department on 07947 704 727 quoting your name or order number. We will then talk you through the returns procedure which can often be eased by providing a photo of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team reachout@selfiewallpaper.com. In many cases, this can be sorted on receipt of a visual email showing the product defect.
If the fault cannot be verified over the phone or email, the goods may be required to by returned to us for inspection. The goods must be returned in unused and an intact condition in the original shipping package.
Please do not send your products back to Selfie Wallpaper without contacting a member of our team first. please review the terms that you agreed to at time of purchase which are on this website and in the on-line order confirmation email.

Non-faulty goods.

Due to our products being unique and customised specifically to you (therefore not re-saleable) we cannot accept returns of Non-Faulty goods.


Once we have your confirmed order via email we will send the project to be printed, if you cancel before this happens we will be able to offer you a refund.
